This year, I decided to celebrate my birthday in a very symbolic way. My morning was filled with two appointments so as soon as I was done with those and had my lunch, I set out to climb Singapore's tallest peak - Bukit Timah Hill. The selection was fresh with copious amounts of seafood and sashimi, although at 1,200php/person, the food could use more variety.
